Hi All,
This is the Final reminder notification to all teams for forthcoming March Clock Change. This will be coordinated by Service Management with Warwick, IGSI and SA Ops.
Please could you ensure that Spring clock change records have been raised for all services under the relevant master records as soon as possible.
1. WARWICK SPRING CLOCK CHANGE FROM GMT TO BST ( 4851318 )
2. IGSI SPRING CLOCK CHANGE FROM GMT TO BST ( 4850030 )
3. IDC SOUTH AFRICA MASTER CLOCK CHANGE GMT TO BST ( 4850222 )


Please make sure that automated services are entered as Info only changes

You now need to build a record for your individual Accounts in the USF Environment ensure that they are fully approved.
Please ensure if "No Ops Action Required" (for automated systems) this information is specified in the Master Record.

You will also need to make sure that you complete the master record entry 4850222 (South Africa) , 4851318 (Warwick ) and 4850030 (Bangalore) for your Accounts, so that the activity record number for each service is entered in the appropriate place(s) in master schedule.

As usual, a change freeze is being imposed from 18:00 Friday 28th March 08 to 08:00 Monday 31st March 2008.

Please Note :- Only clock changes will be allowed during this period unless prior permission has been obtained from Warwick

Could I also ask those services that do not use NRCPMA to send me change number that have been raised and tool they use eg: REMEDY, SOLVE etc. So that I can provide Ops complete information. Please could you also ensure that all activities raised under wrong master records are cancelled and raised again under the respective changes we have mentioned above.
